At Women In Consulting, we are all about empowering women to build strong businesses–we do that through interaction and collaboration. That’s why we’re thrilled to offer our Business Health Check series—designed to give you expert guidance and peer support for 6-months.
January was our kick-off event, and we’ll continue to meet monthly. Whether you’re looking to increase your business proficiency, refine your approach to client relationships, or take more confident risks, this series will help set you up for success in 2025 and beyond.
March’s topic is Client & Market Assessment, with our special guest Deb Siegle. Client & Market Assessment focuses on the information you should be gathering on a regular basis to ensure that you are aware of changing market trends, competitive strategies, and your customers’ viewpoint. This information is critical to ensuring that you are offering relevant products, services, and value to your target market, including your current customers. Attendees will have a chance to seek input on their specific issues, and get help to flesh out next steps on what and how they can gain assessment insights to further improve and grow their businesses.
